All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing, style preference, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging

If verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will not issue a refund.
